Vaccinate your kids or keep them home. It was supposed to go into effect in two weeks. Now it wont happen because the regulation has been struck down. The ruling means that parents in new york city will have the choice, vaccinate your child against the flu or dont. No one is being prevented from getting a flu shot. Every parent can get one. They are not required to do so. Reporter Michelle Carol is one of several parents that sued the city insisting that officials could not mandate flu vaccines. The judge agreed.
