Although les received his ba and masters degree at the university of illinois, where he was able to root for his beloved chicago cubs, he later deserted that by going to Rice University when professor hyman moved, and received his phd at Rice University, where unlike many people, he published not just one book out of his dissertation, but two. Unfortunately one of his books that he published out of his dissertation arrived at perhaps an auspicious time, the impeachment of Andrew Johnson in 1973. You may know what else happened in 1973. Police say they refused to leave that private property and created a disturbance. Police were already on the scene. Theyve been monitoring the area to prevent disorderly behavior that has been impacting the neighbors. Were told this group comes here almost daily. Some neighbors who didnt want to go on camera say while they respect the mourning process. It has neighborhood. Three people were arrested today for refusing a residents request to leave private property. One also resisted an officer. We spoke to someone who was arrested last night who says hes been trying to work with the neighborhood. When they come to this tree those are happy moments they think about. We were out here all day yesterday, no loud music, none of the stuff they said was going on. Any concerns that the neighbors had we actually have been knocking on their doors and talking to them about their concerns to make it so we can peacefully resolve momentarily dispersed. Reporter he claims the coach was upset and used his position to hurt his son. Instead of talking to him, he hit him in the mouth breaking his tooth. Verbal abuse, physical abuse has got to stop. Reporter one parent says the abuse goes outside of the locker room. Some kids get it in the classroom from these coaches. Theyre pushed to go bully.
