They saw a car drive towards them they believed was the suspect. A deputy fired at the vehicle driving towards the victim and both deputies. The suspect was not hit by gunfire but the vehicle went off the roadway into a ditch. The suspect identified as 26yearold Malik Dosouqui of pacifica. He was being weird. He wouldnt say nothing and just to himself. Jeremy who didnt want to show his face on camera grew up wth malik. He says the family are good people but mahlik had become reclusive.
