The hospital diversion rates contributing to this. Of course is also the high number of patients needing low levels of care who are not able to be diskharpbld discharged from the hospital, how the flow from the system would assist in decompressing this and how at least a short Term Solution as we move into the new building the number of slots that are available within the emergency room will be increased considerably over what we have now so that diversion hopefully would then go down. Approval for public works to intr into agreement can caltrans to 19th avenue. This project features pedestrian and transit curb extensions as well as water and sewer infrastructure improvements. The project extends along 19th avenue which is state route 1 from [inaudible] to lincoln way. The agreement is prerequisite for caltrans. The agreement specifies the responsibility of the city and caltrans in executing the project. The city is the implementing agency fraall phases of the project. Caltrans is responsible for providing Quality Assurance and permit after accepting the plans, specifications and estimate package, the right of way certification, fundsing certification. Make no mistake, for more than a decade our city worked with aau to resolve the violationment we extended aerfck professional courtesy and no one can doubt the good faith San Francisco showed work wg aau and yet again and again aau met our good faith with bad faith and again and again sought to fix existing violations and scheming to commit new violations. Aau set deadlynns it missed and made promises it broke. With a lawsuit today the again and agains end. Sue toog end the wrong doing we ask to adjudicate 23 aau properties in violation.
