GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — Karina Mahida has earned the distinction of valedictorian for the Monument Mountain Regional High School class of 2021 and Abigail Zeik has earned.
GREAT BARRINGTON â Karina Mahida, daughter of Jignesh and Rita Mahida of Great Barrington, has earned the distinction of valedictorian for the Monument Mountain Regional High School Class of 2021. Abigail Zeik, daughter of Todd and Helen Zeik of Great Barrington, has earned the distinction of salutatorian.
These students will receive scholastic medallions and certificates awarded by the Berkshire Hills Regional School District at commencement exercises at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 5, at the high school.
Mahida, a member of the National Honor Society, is the recipient of the Chang Chavkin Scholarship, the University of Rochester Bausch & Lomb Award, the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen Certificate and the Presidentâs Educational Award.

WELLSVILLE Wellsville Secondary School has announced the top two seniors for the Class of 2021.
The honor of Wellsville Secondary School Valedictorian goes to Alexa Hill, the daughter of Susan and Jason Marsden.
Alexa has earned this prestigious designation by accumulating a high school average of 100.62%. Alexa’s academic record has kept her at the top of her class throughout her high school career and opened doors to many academic opportunities. Some of her academic achievements include the President’s Award for Educational Excellence, the Big 30 Academic Team Scholarship Nominee, the University of Rochester Bausch & Lomb Award, and the DAR Good Citizen Winner.
