Prime Minister Scott Morrison has appealed for Australians to embrace values such as individual responsibility, agency, and community to safeguard against the harmful spread of identity politics and cancel culture in Western society.
The prime minister made the comments during a speech to a United Israel function in Sydney on Thursday night, saying “human dignity” was at the heart of Australia’s Judeo-Christian heritage.
“Everything else flows from this,” he said. “Seeing the inherent dignity of all human beings is the foundation of morality. It makes us more capable of love and compassion, of selflessness and forgiveness.”

Sam Kennard is the chief executive of Kennards Storage, one of Australia’s largest self-storage companies.
In addition to being concerned about the push for woke corporate policies, he is actively working with his suppliers to diversify his supply chains away from China, because of the ruling Communist Party’s (CCP) oppression of Chinese people specifically noting the treatment of Uyghurs and the loss of democratic freedom in Hong Kong.

Nick Saban secured his sixth national championship in 14 seasons at Alabama on Monday night, thanks to a 52-24 victory over Ohio State.
Not all championships are created equal, however. The road to get there, the strength of the opposition and the makeup of the roster has been different in every case.
