Sam Patterson, 21, a Walton High School graduate who is a senior at the University of Maryland Baltimore County will study how to make transportation economically and environmentally sustainable.
Patterson plans to pursue a masterâs degree in the University of Oxfordâs Nature, Society and Environmental Governance program, focusing on the economics of transportation. Currently, he is studying for three bachelorâs degrees: math, statistics and economics.
