Tony Carty is an emeritus professor at the Beijing Institute of Technology School of Law and will be a visiting professor at the Peking University Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences in the spring semester of 2024. He was chair professor of law at the University of Hong Kong Law Faculty from 2009-2015.
