Sex Offender Going To Prison After 6th Offense

By Dave Smith Syracuse, N.Y. - A repeat sex offender could spend up to seven years in state prison. 30-year-old Garrett Monds pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance after he recorded women in a public bathroom for a 6th time. Monds most recent offense took place at the Walmart in East Syracuse. Monds has done the same thing in women s restrooms all across Onondaga County. He was sentenced to 3 1/2 to 7 years. These are the locations where Monds admitted recording women: Onondaga Community College Cicero Walmart, Dec. 2017 East Syracuse Walmart, 2020.
