Twoyear old liam young has lost his finggrs and toes to an illness university of iowa doctors are struggling to figure out. This is a picture of liam and his dad as they prepared for another surgery liammis having this morning. Kwwls Amanda Gilbert was invited to meet with the boy and his family. She has our story this morning. Liams surgery today is just one of many hes had. He was flown to iowa city in october after his kidneys and liver shut down. Not long after arriving. He had cardiac arrest. His family talked to me everything this little boy has gone through. Good job. This little boy is a whered my daddy go. Liams dad took him to a is hes critically ill.
