The University of Pennsylvania is developing a new life sciences complex at its Pennovation Works campus along the Lower Schuylkill in West Philadelphia. The project will bring 455,000 square feet of new lab and office space to the campus at 3401 Grays Ferry Ave. Longfellow Real Estate Partners, a national leader in life sciences development, was selected to lead the project as Philadelphia continues to emerge as a hub for cell and gene therapy. The new facility is expected to be completed in late 2025.
