This morning the driver in kitical condition. The gunmen is on the loose. Katey, tell us how this unfolded. The shooting happened around 11 00 and in a pretty visible part of oxford circle, right in the middle of the intersection. Detectives say that probably helped the victim because a Good Samaritan, a witness saw the injured driver fall out of his car. And that Good Samaritan ran up to him to help. That driver is a 24yearold man.
