Please welcome benjamin waterhouse. [applause] thank you very much. A pleasure to be here at the regulator this evening. I am going to read a little bit from this book, the land of enterprise. To start, i would start by saying that the purpose behind this book is to explore the connection between American History and American Business. Americans like to think that the country has been inherently entrepreneurial throughout its history and its nations path to greatness and provo power was laid by exceptionally capitalist value system that we held the mighty railroads and the marbles that define the ages from steam engines to automobiles and telephones. We tell the story focus on disembodied questions of ideology or cultural identity or politics. Too often we relegate business through the margins of the tail as other mer
