A beauty queen, a former athlete and a theater actor will soon drop their respective new singles under Universal Records Philippines. The three just inked a deal with the music label held recently at the Universal Tower in Quezon City.
Two Potain cranes, an MCT 205 flat top and an MC 205 B hammerhead, were used for the construction of the Universal Tower in San José, the capital of Costa Rica.
The structure has a construction area of ??more than 80,000sqm, of which 32,000sqm will be dedicated office spaces. Ten of the 24 floors of the building will be utilised as parking, while the first floor will house shops and restaurants. The building will house organisations such as Microsoft and Cinde, Costa Rica s investment agency.
Local contractor BILCO chose the two Potain cranes for the job. The MCT 205 and MC 205 B cranes lifted concrete, rebar, formwork, glass and other materials needed for the project.
