This week on SmackDown, Finn Bálor interrupted Roman Reigns and The Bloodline during their Family Celebration to challenge The Head of the Table and finally get the Universal Title Match that he was denied at SummerSlam. -We are back with fans as Main Event is out of The ThunderDome. Last week was a rather poor episode to close The Dome, so let’s hope for a good one this time. Let’s get to it!

Angel Garza vs. Drew Gulak
-The new set and having fans back in the building is obviously a massive improvement. Last time these two met was on RAW where Garza shoved a rose up Gulak’s ass. Angel poses on the ropes to start and then blows Drew a kiss. Gulak is not playing as he fires off a stiff chop. The announcers put over Angel having home field advantage and usually that is the kiss of death in the WWE, but this is Main Event and perhaps that jinx doesn’t wok here. Last week, WWE Hall of Famer Edge made a shocking return to the blue brand for the first time since falling short against Universal Champion Roman Reigns in a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania. The Rated-R Superstar interrupted the State Of the Universal Championship Address and unleashed a fierce attack on both The Head of the Table and his cousin Jimmy Uso.
Tonight, Edge will address Reigns and, no doubt, his upcoming one-on-one Universal Title Match at WWE Money in the Bank on July 18. );

Presented by Cesaro will finally get an opportunity to swing Universal Champion Roman Reigns out of his spot at the head of the table when The Swiss Superman challenges The Big Dog at WrestleMania Backlash. The freakishly strong Cesaro has arguably never looked better. Not only has he scored several high-profile victories on SmackDown in recent months, including a huge win over Daniel Bryan, but he put the exclamation point on his ascension with a victory over Seth Rollins at WrestleMania. Despite Cesaro’s achievements, Universal Champion Roman Reigns hasn’t acknowledged him with any level of respect and flat out refused to give him a title match. Bryan saw the injustice in the titleholder’s actions and publicly championed for Cesaro, a move that led Reigns to defeat The Leader of the “Yes!” Movement in a title match to bar him from SmackDown forever.
