The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited seven manufacturers across the state for failing to follow emergency COVID-19 health and safety rules.
The majority of the violations were for not developing a written COVID-19 preparedness and response plan.
BC&F Tool Co. Inc. in Oak Park, United Resin Corp. in Royal Oak, J. Manufacturing Co. Inc. in Madison Heights, Commercial Fabricating & Engineering in Highland, AIS Automation Systems Inc. in Rockwood, Michigan Die Casting in Dowagiac and Plastic Development Group LLC in Southfield were cited for not having a written plan.

WYOMING, Mich. â Another ten organizations in Michigan face citations for violating state health orders related to COVID-19. Among them is Tri-Unity Christian School in Wyoming.
The private school district came under inspection after an employee representative filed a complaint with the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration. MIOSHA found 4 violations at the school, including 2 serious violations.
The violations include failing to conduct the daily health screening including a questionnaire, failure to require face coverings when social distancing could not be maintained, failure to place posters in the workplace that encourages staying away from work when sick, and failing to maintain or retain documentation for traini
