市疫情防控应急处置机制立即启动，市、区相关部门及时开展工作，组成联合流调专家队伍，全面开展流行病学调查、相关人员排查追踪、采样检测和隔离管控，落实相关场所及环境终末消毒等防疫措施。现将有关情况通报如下：流行病学调查显示，该病例14天内未离沪，除工作场所与居住地外，到访过永和大王（妙境路店）、工农饭店（乔家弄8号 10号）等场所。目前上述场所已进行封闭管理、终末消毒。经连夜排查，已排查到在沪密接的密接250人，全部落实集中隔离措施，首次核酸检测结果均为阴性。浦东新区人民医院、浦东新区中医医院、川沙社区卫生服务中心（位于浦东新区中医医院院区）于8月2日下午暂停门急诊，接受全员核酸检测。截至8月3日9时，核酸检测结果均为阴性。目前已对病例及密接相关场所的物品、环境等进行采样
