Michigan Department of Health and Human Services LANSING – Michigan will develop a roadmap to ensure victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking have enhanced access to civil legal assistance in Michigan’s rural and tribal communities thanks to a federal grant awarded to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Division of Victim Services.
