The $1 million bail was set for his involvement in the alleged murder of Michael Jose Castro; the $100,000 bail for an aggravated assault charge two weeks before Castro went missing.
His release comes a day after Magistrate Judge Jonathan R. Quan set Moore s bail.
Moore is being electronically monitored and was put on house arrest. He is also restricted from possessing drugs, alcohol, firearms and was ordered to stay away from individuals involved in the case or discuss facts of the case with his parents.
