Over 80 organizations attending our Virginia Conference next week Matt Beuschlein | Apr 21, 2021 Share this: We are looking forward to seeing a few hundred of our best friends in Virginia health care and health policy next week at the 2021 Virginia State of Reform Health Policy Conference! We get about half of our registration in the last week or so. And, since we’re in that window we, wanted to share with you the list of organizations who will be attending our event next week. It’s an impressive list and one that we’re honored to host and convene on April 29th!

Trying To Brighten Up Residents Lives, Improve Health Through Murals

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Arizona This mural on the side of Nourish Phoenix is the latest collaboration between United Healthcare Community Plans and Lalo Cota. A handful of metro Phoenix schools have seen their outer walls transformed by murals over the past few years, and now the same collaboration that brought color to those buildings has also led to a mural on the wall of a food bank. Since 2015, United Healthcare Community Plans, which serves Medicaid members, has teamed up with local artist and muralist Lalo Cota to paint the sides of a handful of Valley schools. The latest mural is on the side of Nourish Phoenix, a south Phoenix food bank.
