You can’t keep a good man down. Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary Rachel Levine is proof. Already an admiral of some sort and a USA Today Woman of the Year, Levine was recently elected to the National Academy of Medicine. It’s another honor, sure, but it’s also another responsibility for someone so busy berating opponents of child mutilation (Rachel is proof you can have it all, ladies!)
