Stripped of all meaning, Branchburg resident Kyle Kappmeier merely wanted to have a bottle of sand dumped onto the ground. But actions are rarely meaningless.
Kappmeier said he’s been a proud supporter of the military for most of his life, developing the appreciation through stories from his grandfathers, who both served in World War II, and continuing that gratitude for those who serve up until present day.
