Louisiana is known around the world for fine cuisine and decadent comfort foods. If you could bring one restaurant back from your childhood here in Shreveport-Bossier City, what would it be?
For me, the answer is easy. I d bring back the Teddy Bear Den on Barksdale Boulevard in Bossier City! I want to say USA Cafe is where the old Den was now, but I can still remember, as clear as it was yesterday, my mom letting me browse my way around the restaurant to check out all of the different bears and their descriptions as long as I didn t bother the other diners. That place was made for childhood memories!
