UDC General Assembly approves QR177m dividend distribution  04 Mar 2021 - 8:37 Turki bin Mohammed Al Khater, Ibrahim Jassim Al Othman, and other officials of UDC during the Ordinary General Assembly meeting. The Peninsula Doha: United Development Company (UDC) held its Ordinary General Assembly, which was chaired by UDC Chairman, Turki bin Mohammed Al Khater. The meeting approved the distribution of cash dividends of QR177m, equivalent to 5 percent of share par value.  Turki bin Mohammed Al Khater said: “The Company has achieved a net profit of QR265m and total revenues of QR1.176bn. The net profit attributable to equity shareholders stood at QR226m with basic earnings per share of QR0.064. There is no doubt that UDC operations were particularly affected by the outbreak of the coronavirus, and so were the profits achieved during the year 2020, which witnessed a significant decrease from the year 2019”.
