During his reply to the Motion of Thanks on the President s address in the Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi continued his criticism of the Congress-led Opposition. He accused the Congress of lacking guarantees for its leaders and policies while questioning Modi s guarantees. PM Modi also criticized Congress on issues of internal security and GST devolutions.
