Boris Johnson is being urged to reverse cuts to overseas aid spending
Cuts to UK aid spending for nursing and midwifery services overseas will cause “direct harm” to vulnerable people and must be urgently reversed, prime minister Boris Johnson has been warned.
A broad coalition of health organisations, unions and academics has come together to highlight to Mr Johnson the “significant” negative impact the planned cuts will have, particularly on women and girls.
