UK Investigators Receive $3 7 Million to Study Kentucky s Sleep Deprivation Epidemic

University of Kentucky researchers are leading a study to find out why people in the Appalachian region of Kentucky are some of the nation's most sleep deprived. Their findings will help inform interventions to reduce sleep disparities among rural Kentuckians.

(April 23, 2021) University of Kentucky administrators, faculty, staff and students engaged with a diverse panel of Kentucky community leaders to identify research priorities to address racial equity across the Commonwealth.
