Black people were entitled to the same rights at the restaurant counters, jobs, housing or whatever it was not because the government was going to give it to them but because they enjoyed the same rights as every human being. Guest government had to enforce equal treatment not segregation so it was an important tool. Host and i am not throwing the baby out with the bath wart. There is a reason for government. Government needs to restrain the sinful people who will not be constrained from within a higher power. Government is an established institution but it has limitati limitations.
