Its in front of the building allowing for passenger pickup and drop off for residents and wheelchairs being able to wait in the lobby is key they have the safety and security of the building lobby while still maintaining the ability to use Public Transit or Ride Sharing Services like uber and when they arrive at the building its a very short walk to the front door.
