Interregional cooperation has helped achieve a record high trade with the Russian Federation, Belarus' Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said at the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in Moscow on 27 March.
The Union State Council of Ministers adopted resolutions to map out steps to implement the provisions of the Union State Treaty in the period of 2021-2023 and the Union State programs, as well as documents on border security of the Union State and some other documents.
Roman Golovchenko said: “We have stated – the Russian prime minister and I – that we are confidently moving along the road of Union State construction. Namely, its economic dimension. Statistics confirms it: in 2022 we increased export to Russia by 40%."
