The total number of housing units in Dubai is set to reach 1 million by the end of this decade, beating analyst estimates about the emirate’s capacity to accommodate an average 25,000 new residential units annually, said a leading real estate brokerage.
House prices in Dubai grew by 10.6 per cent in 2021 and rose by a further 2.6 per cent during the first three months of 2022, according to Knight Frank’s analysis.
