Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], May 7 (ANI): An agreement for projects worth Rs 100 crore was signed on Friday between Shri Kedarnath Utthan Charitable Trust and the PSUs of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to develop Badrinath as a spiritual township.
Secretary Tannu Kapoor, on behalf of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, and Tourism Secretary Dilip Jawalkar, on behalf of the state government, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat.

aShri Badrinath Dham, one of the four holy Himalayan shrines in Uttarakhand, will be developed as a Spiritual Smart Hill Town .
The oil and gas public sector undertakings (PSUs) including IndianOil, BPCL, HPCL, ONGC and GAIL have signed memoranda of understandings (MoUs) with Shri Badrinath Utthan Charitable Trust for construction and redevelopment of Shri Badrinath Dham as a Spiritual Smart Hill Town.
The MoUs were signed in the presence of Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat.

Petrol, diesel and LPG prices have started reducing now and they ll reduce further in the coming days, says Dharmendra Pradhan.
