Union Missionary Baptist Church in Muncie to give out 2,500 boxes of food this weekend Charlotte Stefanski, Muncie Star Press © Union Missionary Baptist Church In March, Union Missionary Baptist Church gave away 2,500 boxes of food to community members. MUNCIE, Ind. As families across the community still find themselves in need during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Union Missionary Baptist Church will once again help thousands in a food giveaway scheduled for Sunday, April 11. The event will run noon-5 p.m., or until food runs out, in the church s parking lot at 1100 N. Macedonia Ave. Each box will contain enough food to feed a family for three to five days, with fruit, vegetables, dairy and a meat product.
