ST. LOUIS, May 7, 2021 /PRNewswire/ The board of directors of Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 55 cents per share. This dividend is payable June 30, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 9, 2021.
Separately, the board of directors of Union Electric Company, doing business as Ameren Missouri, declared regular quarterly cash dividends on all classes of Union Electric Company s preferred stock. These preferred stock dividends are payable Aug. 15, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 16, 2021.
Pursuant to Public Service Commission rule, Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri (Ameren Missouri) has filed its 2020 Renewable Energy Standard (RES) Compliance Report and 2021-2023 RES Compliance Plan with the Missouri Public Service Commission.
The PSC Staff has been directed to examine the Company’s 2020 RES Compliance Report and 2021-2023 RES Compliance Plan and file a report of its review no later than June 1, 2021. The Office of the Public Counsel and any other interested person or entity has until June 1, 2021, to file comments.
