University of Arkansas Chancellor Dr. Charles Robinson gave the keynote address at the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting Wednesday.
The United Way of Union County has awarded ten local organizations a total of $5,000 in Community Impact Mini Grants, according to executive director Alexis Alexander.
