Why doesnt the Board Commission its own appraisal you have some time based on another suggestion ill be making and let that appraisal come back to you and let the appraisal show value at 300 x feet versus 400 x feet we can have a appraisal done like that and you all would be satisfied that you are getting fair market value for the property instead of debating it for this long.
