COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS A 23-year-old man is in serious condition after he fell while trail running in Ferguson Canyon on Thursday, Unified police said.
According to Unified police detective Ken Hansen, the man called and told police that he had tumbled pretty far and had significant injuries. Two search and rescue teams responded to search for the man, having to navigate the difficult terrain to find him.
Unified Fire Authority spokesman Patrick Costin said a medical helicopter and Department of Public Safety helicopters searched while firefighters and paramedics hiked to the man s approximate location.

Kevin is considered missing and endangered by police.
The Salt Lake County Sheriff s Office said the missing children had previously last been seen on Wednesday around 8 p.m. in Salt Lake City.
Unified police reported that the two were also seen in downtown Salt Lake City on Thursday. Skyler had last been seen Thursday wearing a sweatshirt that read virginity rocks, police said.
Kevin Iteriteka was last seen wearing a blue jacket, dark beanie, dark pants, and dark shoes while riding a scooter. He is Black, 4 feet, 9 inches tall and 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

SALT LAKE CITY The Salt Lake County Sheriff s Office and Unified Police Department are asking for the public s help in locating Kevin Iteriteka, 11, and Skyler Shipp, 13, who went missing on Wednesday.
