MANILA - A total of 369 Unified Force Multipliers in Paranaque City have completed the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Patrolling and Response Operations Training to Empower CVOs and Tanod (P.R.O.T.E.C.T) held at the Don Bosco Covered Court in Barangay Don Bosco. In a statement on Sunday, NCRPO chief Maj. Gen. Felipe Natividad said the training aims to boost the capabilities and confidence of barangay force multipliers and other participants in the performance of their peacekeeping functions. He said part of the event was a demonstration of yantok (rattan stick) and different handcuffing techniques performed by the Unified Force Multipliers. Natividad said he appreciated the support of the local government units in NCRPO's endeavor to intensify its fight against all forms of criminality, illegal drugs and terrorism.
