Following months of conversation and several tense town hall meetings, the Englewood City Council has decided to no longer pursue two-to-four-unit multifamily buildings in single-family zoning, the city announced Tuesday.
The Planning and Zoning Commission declined to advance its recommendations regarding the Unified Development Code to the Lubbock City Council on Monday when it gathered for a special meeting about the document.
The commission overseeing the development of a comprehensive Unified Development Code (UDC) held a special meeting today which would consolidate updated UDCs and regulations.
