ST. PETERSBURG â Mayor Rick Kriseman on Friday announced he narrowed the proposals to redevelop Tropicana Field from four finalists down to two.
Midtown Development and Sugar Hill Community Partners, led by San Francisco developer JMA Ventures, are the two remaining bidders.
That means Atlantaâs Portman Holdings, which partnered with local investment firm Third Lake Partners, was eliminated, as was a proposal by Orlandoâs Unicorp National Development.
