Topics. Id like to highlight the key areas were focused on. And then we are going to be voting and amending. Amending and then voting each section. So there will be instead of going through party reform, section by section, make amendments and then discuss and vote. The key elements on party reform that were going to be focusing on this afternoon are recommendations that are focused in the following areas. The first is making the party more competitive in all regions of the country. The second is supporting and growing state parties and inning creasing grassroots participation. The third is operating in a manner that is open and transparent. The fourth is strengthening an inclusive anticipatory culture at the dnc. The fifth, building on the great diversity of our party. The sixth, connecting our values and our actions and the 7th promoting and protecting the vote. Senator flake the nuclear side was pretty tight. It does truly limit irans ability to at least amass enough fissile material to make a bomb for 1015 years. Thats a good thing. The part the troubled me most is that this probably should have been a treaty where it binds all parties. Instead, it is an executive agreement that just lasts the length of the presidency. When there are other issues, like problems with what iran has been doing in the region, some of the terrorist activity, i thought that the agreement unfairly restricts congresss ability to respond to that type of behavior. Thats what tipped the scales for me. For those who say this is an easy call, i think they have not looked easily at it or all the closely at it. This is a tough agreement. Charlie if we oppose this deal what do you mean on the opposite side of our allies . It depends on whats which allies you are talking about. Sen. Flake the p5 plus one negotiated this agreement. The countries who have been involved in the

I mean the big difference, of course, between warsaw and bombay, in terms of levels of affluence. There is a big very big difference in terms of the commodity commodity orientation of these geographies. We have some unfortunately in the last 12 months who have suffered enormously because of the decline the oil price, the copper price. So places like colombia, or chile, or nigeria, russia. And we have actually resource importing countries, places like china, korea, taiwan. So its a very heterogenous bunch. And so i do agree, i dont think the emerging markets is necessarily the right way of thinking about this world. Rose flake and leverenz when we continue.
