He even added that he wears two masks in situations where he won’t be able to sufficiently socially distance himself from others. But does that mean runners should think about wearing two masks when training?
On Wednesday, February 10, the CDC updated the recommendations on effective mask-wearing to suggest wearing a cloth mask with multiple layers or one disposable mask underneath a cloth mask. If you are wearing two masks, the second mask should push the edges of the inner mask against your face and still allow you to breathe and see easily.
