MARYLAND While it appeared that summer set in early across Maryland this week, milder temperatures and windy weather are on the way in the next couple of days, forecasters advised Thursday.
Thunderstorms will likely roll through the region from 2 to 10 p.m. Thursday as temperatures hover near 80 degrees, forecasters advised.
Strong wind gusts will arrive behind a cold front Friday morning and night as a powerful system crosses the region, according to the National Weather Service, which issued a hazardous weather outlook for much of the state.
