lawyer has said they are going to fight anything behind closed doors, unclear if you would concede to a videotape. it s hard on videotape for jim comey to give his his a book ia great gift for the holidays. he loves the spotlight. that s why he potentially wants to be in an open hearing. harris: you could segue into classified versus unclassified information. i would imagine you could also just stop it. right? steve: you can go go to a classified setting if there is classified information being discussed. the rest of it can be out of the public domain. there is a way to do this, if james comey wants to come forward and be able to talk about what happened. melissa: what seems like the real difference is whether it s for political purposes. james comey the chatty cathy wants to be on camera, calls into radio shows, whatever you can do. so i m not spicy once again camera once again. steve: but when it comes time to actually answer the questions questions by people asking them who
jason: now before the president showed up in helsinki before the summit with mr. puti mr. putin, there were some indictments that were dropped. a, do you think those do anything, and what did you make of the timing of those indictments? i don t think they ll end up doing anything because i don t think anybody s going to actually be there to stand trial for them. so i think if you are going to deal with first of all, we have dealt, we ve responded to russia s cyber activity, you and i supported sanctions at the beginning of the congress. i would be willing to do more. i think the political response is more effective, judges do an indictment and never tried the case, i think it was more show,l amount to very much. most of the information in that indictment was exactly what devin nunes committee had identified to several months ago. we didn t really learn very much anew in the indictment. jason: one of the things that nobody in the media seems to be talking about is upon the retu

i do it for you jason: welcome back. the media can t stop talking about drop and russia hacking. but what about hillary? a quick history listen. back in 2015, the intelligence community issued a security referral, not a criminal referral, regarding the classified emails on hillary s server. a letter from the inspectors general of the intelligence community and the state department at the time wrote, these emails were not retroactively classified by the state department, rather, these emails contain classified information when they were generated and according to ic classification officials, that information remains classified today. this classified information should never have been transmitted via an unclassified personal system.
all who believe in this country s values must vote for democrats this fall. policy differences don t matter right now. history has its eyes on us. so what might some reasonably if someone reasonably deduce given that above information? wouldn t it be fair to believe that perhaps the president was the victim of a coordinated leak? when that was orchestrated to inflict maximum damage to him? to answer those questions, let s bring a former cia officer jeff, former cia chief of station, dan hoffman, as well as radio host and former aide to chuck schumer, chris hahn. gentlemen, thank you so much for being here. look, these three people at the head of our intelligence agencies at the time have now all exposed their political leanings to the left and the democrats. i ll start with you, daniel. you are sitting with me in studio.
