Richenda Van Leeuwen Richenda is the Executive Director of the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE). She previously served as Managing Director for Empowering Clean Economies at the Rocky Mountain Institute, and previously as Chair, International Institutions at the Global LPG Partnership where she worked on climate and clean energy solutions in developing economies.
