within the country about what s happening at this plant? reporter: yeah. within the country, actually, the japanese atomic agency is saying that the chances of spent fuel going critical is extremely low, and they don t anticipate any possibility of any sort of total meltdown of the reactor cores. instead what s happened is they ve actually managed to connect electricity now to all six of the reactors. this includes reactor numbers three and four that they were extremely worried about. they managed to get a light to go on in reactor number three. so hopefully tomorrow they will start getting electricity going towards these cooling plants and these cooling facilities will once more pick up tomorrow, and things could improve quite dramatically from there. jenna: we just spoke with a scientist that said some of the aftershocks that were felt in japan, three of them this morning, that those could actually cause a problem for the
