The Milton-Freewater Police Department arrested three men on Friday, Sept. 15, in connection to a spree of graffiti found earlier that day, according to a police department news release.
PENDLETON — Pendleton Chief of Police Chuck Byram reported his department during the week of the Pendleton Round-Up took about 800 calls for service and made about 50 arrests.
