Tributes have been paid to a caring partner and great dad , Terence Abson, after he died in a collision earlier this week. The 62-year-old Carlisle man, known as Terry, was pronounced dead at the scene following a collision involving himself, another pedestrian and a white van on West Tower Street, Carlisle, on Monday (March 1). The second pedestrian, a 56-year-old woman from Carlisle, was airlifted to Preston hospital, and remains in a serious but stable condition.
