There is a massive Search And Rescue operation under way right now in south florida, after a highrise building partially collapsed in the city of surfside, this is near miami beach. Emergency crews are shifting through huge piles of rubble. Er following reports people may still be trapped in the debris. The collapse happened about 2 00 a. M. You would think people would be inside sleeping. Dozens of rescue units from the miamidade area are now on the scene. Leila santia we do is live on the scene. What is going on there .
