Handcrafted Octoberfest marries together the best of harvest time and Oktoberfest celebrations with a juried art and crafts show that features the works of over 100 juried exhibitors. The fourth annual festival will make its return to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds for two days on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1.
